INFORMATION OBLIGATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I. SCOPE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

In connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the
Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive
95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as RODO, please read the following information, which will allow you and us to comply
with the information obligation imposed by this regulation.

 

We would like to inform you that in connection with the possible acquisition of your personal data, we will acquire the
status of controller of such data (hereinafter referred to as ADO). In particular, the data

  • of you,
  • of your employees,
  • of your customers,
  • Other individuals with whom you cooperate in the framework of various activities undertaken by you and the ADO.

 

The purposes of personal data processing are:

  • fulfillment of ADO’s legal obligations,
  • cooperation between ADO and stakeholders entrusting their personal data for processing,
  • fulfillment of contractual provisions,
  • promotion of ADO using marketing tools.

 

The data we will process are in particular:

  • name,
  • e-mail address,
  • job title,
  • employer’s address,
  • business telephone number.

 

We may also process other personal data provided to us based on the decision of the persons who provided such data
under their own responsibility. These may be, for example, personal data provided via e-mail, contact form, sms, instant messenger or otherwise,
without ADO ordering such data.

 

The scope of the above data may be changed, which may be articulated through:

  • processing authorization,
  • processing entrustment agreement,
  • reservations limiting processing expressed in writing.

 

Information on the reduction of data categories should be provided in a manner that allows ADO to comply with your request

At the same time, we wish to guarantee you respect for privacy and security principles of the personal data obtained, which take the form of electronic records or paper documents.

 

We would like to inform you that we have achieved compliance with the requirements of RODO, and therefore we supervise the processes and organizational solutions that will ensure that you enjoy the full rights guaranteed by RODO.

II. ADMINISTRATOR OF PERSONAL DATA

 

The administrator of the personal data (ADO) processed within the framework of the established relationship is Zakład Drobiarski Lech-Drób sp. z o.o. located at 20B Tartaczna Street, 14-230 Zalewo, e-mail: sekretariat@lechdrob.pl

 

III. DATA PROCESSING

 

Personal data processed by us in connection with the realization of the subject of activity of ADO, are obtained with respect to the commonly binding legal regulations and take into account:

  • obtaining the consent of the individuals concerned or the consent of the ADO to entrust or share personal data (if applicable),
  • ensuring legal compliance of the processing,
  • the purposes and activities of the processing.

 

For those who provide us with their personal data, we guarantee that we will not use the data in any way for profiling or activities incompatible with the aforementioned purposes of processing, registered as legitimate purposes.

Your data will be stored for a period of 3 years, after which time it will be archived for 2 years and then permanently deleted, unless the contract, substantive reasons (e.g. statutes of limitation) or the law stipulate other processing periods.

 

IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

 

Your data is processed in accordance with the RODO and the common and specific legal provisions in force in the Republic of Poland and is not transferred outside the European Union.

 

V. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED

 

With the above in mind, we would like to inform you that you have the right, with respect to the personal data processed by us, to:

  • access to your personal data,
  • rectification of personal data,
  • delete your personal data,
  • limit or extend the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • transfer of personal data,
  • lodge a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

At the same time, we would like to inform you that in each of the aforementioned cases your rights may be limited in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Poland, the European Union or another European Union member state – respectively to the data processing operation.

 

VI. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

 

The rights of individuals referred to above may be exercised through the contact form on the ADO’s website, and by email to :sekretariat@lechdrob.pl

It is permissible to enforce the rights of data subjects through other actions, subject to the necessity of demonstrating the accountability of the actions taken (proof must be provided that the action under the rights of data subjects was carried out)

 

VII. RECIPIENTS OF DATA

 

Recipients of your data may only be employees and associates of ADO, Organizations authorized to obtain data under applicable law, which ensure an acceptable level of risk in processing and meet the standards set forth in Articles 28 and 32 of the RODO.

ADO guarantees the involvement of adequate physical, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from accidental or intentional destruction, loss, modification, theft, unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized use or access, in accordance with applicable laws.

The ADO has implemented and respects procedures for dealing with personal data breaches, including the need to notify the Data Protection Authority of such breaches within 72 hours of becoming aware of such breach.

 

The livestock purchasing department

The high class of LECH-DRÓB branded products depends not only on our specialized technological lines or innovative production process, but above all on the quality of the livestock.

Trade department

The trade department of LECH-DRÓB provides direct services to recipients of products, offering them primarily poultry carcasses of local and foreign recipients of products, such as poultry carcasses and individual elements from the cutting of meat hen, broth hen and chicken.

Transport and Logistics Department

An extensive and diversified fleet of vehicles with specialized vehicles with a load capacity of 2 to 24 tons – allows you to precisely adjust the transport to each order size. A great logistical convenience is the proximity of the modern port in Gdańsk, through which LECH-DRÓB carries out export orders mainly for customers from outside the European Union.

We offer whole carcasses as well as individual elements

The LECH-DRÓB Poultry Plant offers whole carcasses and individual elements from the cutting of broth, meat and chicken – both fresh and frozen (a modern blast freezer). Many years of experience, modern technologies, efficient staff of specialists and reliable suppliers of livestock, which are both a guarantee of the highest quality of products signed with the LECH-DRÓB brand.
