Maintenance Supervisor – Electrician
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of employees;
- Analyzing the causes of failures and taking preventive measures to guarantee the continuity of machinery and equipment operation;
- Optimization of maintenance costs;
- Maintaining technical efficiency of production machinery and equipment;
- Repairs and adjustments of control cabinets, machine control systems;
- Commissioning and validation of equipment in accordance with applicable health, safety and fire regulations;
- Creating repair reports.
Requirements:
- Secondary education or higher education is welcome – electronics, automation or electrical engineering;
- Possession of SEP authorization up to 1 kV;
- Knowledge of electronics and industrial automation systems;
- Experience as an electronics/automation technician for at least 3-4 years;
- Knowledge of industrial safety issues;
- Knowledge of English language welcome;
- Additional courses or training in machine operation, diagnostics and programming welcome;
- Responsible and reliable person who likes new challenges;
- Ability to organize own work, work in a team.
Quality Controller
Requirements:
- secondary education, preferably higher education (food technology).
- knowledge and operation of „MS Office” type computer programs,
- organizational skills,
- communicativeness,
- ability to analyze and draw conclusions,
- perceptiveness, accuracy
- knowledge of food safety systems HACCP, IFS, BRC,
experience in a similar position in the food industry is welcome
Slaughter Department Manager
Duties will include:
- coordinating production
- managing a subordinate team of employees
- responsibility for the entire production process
- planning production costs
- supervising the rational use of means of production, raw materials, packaging, and other auxiliary materials
- supervision of inter-stock transfers ( mass flow control).
- ensuring the efficiency of production processes
- responsibility for the pace and realization of production plans
- cooperation with the Quality Control Department in terms of observing and continuously improving the principles of the HACCP system and other implemented systems and standards
- supervision of the proper operation of machinery and equipment. Cooperation with the technical department in the efficiency of machinery and equipment
- Cooperation with the Production Planning Department
